Introductions |
Bryan grew up in Manteca, CA with one younger sister, a saint of a mother, and the hardest working father you’ll ever meet. He played little league and golf when he was old enough to drive himself to the course. After being a band nerd in high school, Bryan moved on to being a band nerd in a community college. Eventually he saw the light and started to study drafting and then on to civil engineering. He is currently close to earning that engineering degree at Sacramento State.
He enjoys watching the Giants and Forty-Niners as well as whatever is crammed onto the TiVo. His music tastes vary from progressive rock to classical, and avoids FM radio whenever possible. New things to cook are always on his mind, and watching movies with Sharon is his new favorite pastime.
Sharon grew up in San Jose, Calif. She has three older brothers (KC, Shin, and Tim) who influenced her tremendously. One is very artistic; one loves to read; one is a technophile. She went to UC Santa Barbara for two years after high school. That's where she met the Oneders. Afterwards, she moved back home and fiddled with community college and working full-time. That's when she discovered familE. In 2001, she moved to Sacramento to fully focus on her schoolwork at CSU Sacramento. She graduated in 2003 with Bachelor of Art degrees in Public Relations and Art. Currently, she works for a nonprofit organization.
Sharon enjoys dancing and hanging out with friends, but let's be real-- she loves just hanging out at home, watching cheesy romantic comedies or stuff on TiVo. She also loves learning how to do things: cooking, designing, crafting, HTMLing (obviously), home renovations, etc. She wishes she had more power tools. (: |
